Navigate and understand the ins and outs of music copyright with this series of three webinars, taking place over three Tuesdays in January.

This series provides an introduction to copyright law in general and music copyright in particular, explains the different kinds of music licensing, and runs through the key music rights data points that ensure everyone gets paid.

Attendees can tune in to each webinar live or access a recording for a full month after the initial session.

Getting songwriters and artists paid when their songs and recordings are played often comes down to whether or not the right data is in the system. But what data? This webinar runs through all the key data points and explains how to get information into the system.

Once you have booked online you will receive an automatic booking confirmation by email. If there are any subsquent issues with processing your payment we will get in touch. Otherwise you will receive a logistics email on the morning of the webinar telling you how to access the session.

All webinars are delivered via the Zoom webinar platform and you will need an internet connection to access them.

If, for any reason, a webinar is postponed or cancelled CMU Insights will let each participant know by email, via the email address used in the booking. Affected attendees will have the option to move their booking to another webinar or to take a full refund.
