ACCESS TO ARTS AND CULTURE | WATCH
This panel was livestreamed on YouTube and Facebook on Wednesday 27 Jan 2021 as part of Independent Venue Week.

It looks at how the COVID-caused rise of online concerts and performances has, on one level, made live music more accessible – one of the few upsides of the pandemic. However, accessibility challenges remain. The panel considered how artists, promoters and platforms can make livestreaming as accessible as possible for disabled and deaf music-makers and music fans.
